STAMFORD, Conn. – Oct. 28, 2021 – The Championship 4 in the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series will be decided at Martinsville Speedway this weekend with race coverage on NBC, NBCSN and Peacock. Countdown to Green pre-race coverage will be presented Sunday, Oct. 31, at 1:30 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock, leading into the green flag waving shortly after 2 p.m. ET. A half-hour NASCAR America will air immediately following the conclusion of the race on NBCSN. Three of the four positions in the Championship 4 remain up for grabs ahead of the season finale next weekend at Phoenix Raceway. (more…)
The NASCAR Xfinity Series was off last weekend as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and NASCAR Cup Series took on Richmond Raceway. Prior to that, the NASCAR Xfinity Series was in Martinsville, Virginia for the Cook Out 250. The race was postponed after weather took over during the originally scheduled start on Friday. The race was rescheduled for Sunday, April 11 and the series crowned another first-time winner in JR Motorsport’s driver Josh Berry. (more…)
In 2020, the NASCAR Xfinity Series ran on four road courses. They started the season at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course and then went to Road America, the Daytona Road Course and closed out at the Charlotte ROVAL.

This weekend was the start of the NASCAR racing season with the ARCA race that saw Michael Self towing the remaining cars across the finish line, with Hailie Deegan staying in line to record her first ever runner up position at Daytona. She tied Shawna Robinson and Erin Crocker for the best finish by a woman in ARCA history. (more…)
