Macri Checks Off A Bucket List Win At Grandview & Pockets $10,000 In Hodnett Cup Speed Week Victory, Pauch Prevails In Thrilling Mod Thunder Doubleheader Tuesday Night

BECHTELSVILLE, PA (June 30, 2026) — A packed house filled Grandview Speedway on Tuesday night as the Levan Machine & Truck Equipment Thunder on the Hill Racing Series hosted the fifth stop of Pennsylvania Sprint Car Speed Week Series of 2026. “The Concrete Kid” Anthony Macri earned one of the biggest victories of his career by capturing the prestigious Hodnett Cup and the $10,000 top prize, while Billy Pauch Jr. outdueled Eddie Strada and a field of forty-two modifieds to win the 30-lap NASCAR 358 Modified feature paying $3,000 to win. The fans were treated to outstanding, nonstop racing as both feature events went the distance without a single caution flag.

“I’ve wanted to win here so bad. This is a bucket list win that I finally get to check off,” said Macri after earning his first career Thunder on the Hill victory.

8 Drivers and Teams Celebrate Wins During Stars, Stripes & Speed Weekend at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Despite Mother Nature forcing a weather delay which moved two features into Sunday afternoon, fans at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway were treated to an exciting weekend of grassroots racing during the Stars, Stripes & Speed – Celebrating America’s 250 event featuring eight divisions of competition.

Saturday night’s racing opened on the quarter-mile with one of the closest finishes of the season. The CP Race Wear Bandoleros put on an incredible show as Tate Brewer of Big Cove, Alabama, and Jordan Bauer exchanged the lead repeatedly over the closing five laps. At the checkered flag, Brewer edged Bauer by just .052 seconds in a thrilling photo finish. Carter Clapp, Elliott Klein and championship leader Lucas Harrison completed the top five.

On and off late morning and afternoon rain showers, which were predicted to continue until close to race time, leaving no time to prepare the track for the evening’s program, caused the cancellation of the race event scheduled for Saturday night June 27 at Grandview Speedway.

Headlined by a 100-lap feature for the Pro Late Models, the night promises high-speed thrills, racing for a cause and family fun.

Gates will open Saturday at 3:00 PM with racing scheduled for 5:00 PM for the return of the fast Quarter Mile Divisions. At approx 7:00 PM the racing shifts to the ⅝ mile for a 35-lap feature event for the Street Stock Division and a 100-lap feature with the Pro Late Models. Chase Grennan Prevails In Wild Oval Speed Unlimited Bubba 150 Becoming First Repeat Riverhead Raceway Modified Winner Of 2025

Chase Grennan of Glen Cove is quickly gaining a reputation among the NASCAR Modified ranks at Riverhead Raceway, and it’s one the 18-year-old second generation driver is proud to bear. After Chase survived a wild Oval Speed Unlimited Bubba 150 Saturday earning his third career win, he again sat in victory lane after another signature race at the historic bullring. Grennan started things off by winning the Islip 300 last November, then earlier in June won the 75th Anniversary Flying Dutchman Tribute before his $7,166 triumph in the Bubba 150.
