Perry, N.Y. – (October 6, 2025) – George Skora III (Eden, N.Y.) capped off a remarkable season in Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series competition by capturing the Fall Shootout at “The Bullring” – Wyoming County International Speedway on Saturday.
The win earned Skora his third victory of the year and a clean sweep of the inaugural Race of Champions Sportsman Modified “Triple Crown.”

For the second consecutive year, and the sixth time overall, Chevrolet swept the manufacturer championship titles across the NASCAR national ranks – earning its 43rd NASCAR Cup Series Manufacturer Championship; its 26th Bill France Performance Cup in the NASCAR Xfinity Series; and its 12th NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Manufacturer Championship. SMART Modified Tour, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Wins in North Carolina
Justin Bonsignore found himself in North Wilkesboro Speedway Victory Lane twice this weekend. The driver of the No. 51 Phoenix Communications machine for Kenneth Massa Motorsports swept the weekend of Modified competition at the historic track – winning both the SMART Modified Tour season-finale 99 on Saturday and the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Brushy Mountain Powersports 150 on Sunday. N. Woodstock, NH — A picture perfect evening in North Woodstock, New Hampshire on Saturday night for the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series championship showdown. The evening started off with two Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division feature events. Split with a larger car count entering the pit area on Saturday, feature one saw young Madison Potter hold onto the lead, even after a hair-raising restart following Colton Williams’ smash-up with the turn two wall.
Potter took down her first career Kid’s Division victory with an all-female podium featuring a hard-charging Chloe Doyle taking second and Makenzi Sicard coming home third. Feature two saw Connor Charbonneau pace the early going as Hayden Bushey and Colby Stygles powered their way to the front from their back-row starting spots. The battle came down to the final lap with Hayden Bushey claiming the win over Stygles and Charbonneau hanging on for third. (more…)

This is the first win of the season for Sims and Garcia who also started from pole position.

CLAREMONT, N.H. – Erin Aiken swept a pair of feature races Friday at Claremont Motorsports Park. Aaron Fellows and Brandon Gray each won his second of the young 2024 campaign, and David Smith, the senior citizen of the Pure Stocks, earned his first CMP victory lap in many, many summers. (more…)
Greeting race fans, I am back in the saddle after a much-needed break.
While I was away, Denny Hamlin and William Byron both won twice putting them into the lead as far as wins even though Kyle Larson is leading the points with a win and four top five finishes. While he also had one DNF, he has four stage wins and has led a whopping 454 laps this season. Byron may have three wins, but he has done that leading only 149 laps.
