ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (Aug. 12, 2022) – In his 28th race since joining the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli in 2020, Scott Borchetta earned his first podium finish. His third-place run couldn’t have come at a better time or place – last Saturday’s TA2-class race that was part of the second annual Big Machine Music City Grand Prix weekend on the streets of downtown Nashville, Tennessee, headlined by the NTT IndyCar Series main event on Sunday.
Braselton, GEORGIA – March 29, 2021 – Tom Sheehan’s bid for a second top ten finish this season was halted prematurely on Sunday, March 28 through no fault of the driver himself. An electronic control unit problem and harness issue caused him to retire after 26 laps. The LTK Ford Mustang was lying in 11th place at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta inside a field of 26 TA2 cars and poised for a typical late charge at the leaderboard. (more…)

Motor Speedway Roval in the TA2 class of the Trans Am ProAm Challenge. At Lime Rock Park, preparations are well underway and we’re pleased to announce that Porsche will be this year’s honored marque, with our honored collector to follow soon.
We’re planning on dedicated Porsche classes for the vintage racing events as well as Sunday in the Park, the Lime Rock Concours, where we’ll be showing some of the finest 356s, 911s and competition Porsches in the country. We’re currently working on a number of other Porsche-related activities that will be announced shortly.
In addition to our Porsche classes, Sunday’s Concours will again showcase a stunning display of classic, sports and competition cars arrayed along the Posey Straight. Sunday will also include the Gathering of the Marques, where hundreds of enthusiasts will be able to display their favorite rides all around the track.

Sebring, FLORIDA – February 17, 2021 – In the midst of continuing difficult circumstances, the teams, drivers and organizers of the 2021 Trans Am presented by Pirelli Championships have been busy behind the scenes getting ready for what will be the 53rd year of the iconic muscle car series.
