Stan Mertz Racing, Woody Pitkat Set To Head Back To Work at Stafford Motor Speedway
WHITINSVILLE, Mass. — Stan Mertz Racing and driver Woody Pitkat will look to recreate some Stafford Motor Speedway magic this Friday night, May 14, in the Call Before You Dig Modified Classic 81. Pitkat and Stan Mertz Racing Finish Seventh at Monadnock
WINCHESTER, N.H. — After a long day at Monadnock Speedway in the season opener for the Tri Track Open Modified Series, Woody Pitkat and Stan Mertz Racing finished seventh. Pitkat won his qualifying heat, driving the Twisted Tea/Truly Hard Seltzer No. 6 to the front of the 15-lap contest, and in the feature, a mix of ups, and downs, ended with a solid top-10 run to open the six-race Tri Track Series. It was the first of 10 planned events for the Stan Mertz Racing team for the 2021 season.
Stan Mertz Racing To Open 2021 Season At Monadnock Speedway
WHITINSVILLE, Mass. — After a long offseason, Stan Mertz Racing will open the 2021 season on Saturday, May 1, at Monadnock Speedway in New Hampshire. With driver Woody Pitkat at the controls, the team is set to compete in the opener of the Tri Track Open Modified Series season. It will be the first of 10 planned races for Stan Mertz Racing this calendar year, and will begin the quest for the championship on the competitive Tri Track circuit. (more…)

Track Talk – Pandemic Forces First IndyCar Schedule Change / New Englanders Deegan and Logano Help Needy Families in NC
The Grand Prix of Long Beach has been rescheduled for Sept. 26 due the COVID-19 pandemic.
The legendary street course race was originally scheduled for April 18, but the new date will make it the NTT IndyCar Series season finale. It also creates a three-race, three weekend west coast swing to conclude the season. (more…)
