Heavy hitters, some would say the biggest names in Sprint Car Racing will be at the Grandview Speedway in Bechtelsville, PA on Tuesday, May 19 and headlining the entries would be current High Limit point leader Tanner Thorson, NASCAR star and four time winner of a Thunder on the Hill event Kyle Larson joined by defending High Limit Champion Rico Abreu. Ryan Blaney won the Cup race at Phoenix while Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT came in13th while Joey Logano of Middletown, CT finished 31st while Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT placed 33rd. Justin Allgaier won the O’Rielly Series race there with Anthony Alfredo came home in tenth. In the Indy Car race at Arlington, TX had Kyle Kirkwood got to Victory Lane with Santino Ferrucci of Woodbury, CT finishing in 17th .
From Darlington this past weekend….
Tyler Reddick won the Cup race with Ryan Preece coming in 13th and Joey Logano of Middletown, CT ending up 34th. Justin Allgaier took the O’Reilly Series with Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT coming in 12th. The Craftsman Trucks saw Corey Heim take that one while Gio Ruggiero of Seekonk, MA was eighth while Corey LaJoie ended up 21st. Corey’s dad is Randy LaJoie from Norwalk, CT who also is a two-time O’ Reilly Champion.

In the NASCAR Craftsman race At St. Pete, Layne Riggs won that one with Gio Ruggiero of Seekonk, MA finishing 25th . Stewart Friesen of NJ was next.
Also, Alex Palou won the Indy Car event while Santino of Woodbury, CT ended his bad day in 24th.
