Doug Coby Looks to Win Fifth Spring Sizzler at Stafford Speedway
MILFORD, Conn. – With $15,000 on the line in the 50th NAPA Spring Sizzler this weekend at Stafford Motor Speedway, Doug Coby would love to add another trophy in the prestigious event to his resume. One of the things NASCAR has gone all in on is the excitement that normally comes with short track and road course racing. Fans have been screaming for more short track racing. They cry that mile and a half cookie cutter tracks are “boring”.
What NASCAR wasn’t expecting were long green flag racing at two short tracks that usually produce some quality side by side, fender rubbing, wrecking kind of racing.
Zane Smith Going For Third Truck Series Win of 2022 at Martinsville
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (April 6, 2022) – Zane Smith, driver of the No. 38 Ford F-150 for Front Row Motorsports, is the only one in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series with two victories after coming away with a win two weeks ago at Circuit of the Americas. Hirschman Outlasts Brown to Win at South Boston Speedway
On an afternoon on which South Boston Speedway and the SMART Modified Tour honored Modified racing legend and five-time South Boston Speedway champion, the late Ray Hendrick, Matt Hirschman put together a late-race rally and held off Jonathan Brown in a five-lap dash to the finish to win Saturday’s Flying VA 99 SMART Modified Tour race.
