(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted Weekly Racing on Friday, August 11th with 5 divisions of racing action. David Arute scored his first win of the 2023 season with a dominating drive in the SK Modified® feature, Kevin Gambacorta took his fourth win of the season in the Late Model feature, Meghan Fuller was a career first-time winner in the SK Light feature, Rich Hammann used a last lap pass to pick up his first win of the season in the Limited Late Model feature, and Travis Hydar scored his fourth win of the season in the Street Stock feature. Buescher Scores Back-to-Back Wins as RFK Dominates at Roush ‘Hometrack’ at Michigan

BROOKLYN, Mich. (Aug. 7, 2023) – RFK Racing’s Chris Buescher turned in one of the strongest performances of his NASCAR career, leading a race-high 52 laps and holding off a charging Martin Truex Jr. to win Monday’s rain-delayed NASCAR Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway.

Todd Owen Wins 10th Annual NAPA Auto Parts SK 5k at Stafford

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted the biggest and richest SK Modified® race of the 2023 season on Friday, August 4th with the 10th Annual NAPA Auto Parts SK 5k. Todd Owen came up the big winner of the night by taking the lead from Noah Korner on lap-75 of 80 and leading the rest of the way to take home the $5,000 winner’s check which will balloon to over $7,300 with contingency bonuses from the Gambler’s Challenge and track contingency partners added in.

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway returned to racing action on Friday, July 8 with the 6^th Annual Dunleavy’s Modifiedz Night with the SK Lights taking center stage with a 40-lap extra distance event that paid a guaranteed $1,750 to win. Brian Sullivan was the big winner of the night, taking his fourth win of the season in the extra distance, extra money Dunleavy’s Modifiedz Night feature event.

Matt Swanson Wins Second Consecutive Nor-Easter 75 At Wiscasset Speedway

Cloudy skies and a thick fog crept over Coastal Maine on Saturday night, but this didn’t stop Wiscasset Speedway from hosting their weekly Group #2 racing program. The night’s events included the Portland Glass Strictly Streets, Kennebec Equipment Rental Outlaw Minis, T&L Automotive Modifieds, Wood Pellet Warehouse Late Models and the visiting Milton CAT Modified Racing Series.

William Byron Wins Wild Race at Atlanta

William Byron won the rain-shortened Atlanta race for his series leading fourth win of the year. Byron was leading the field when the caution for rain flew and with the race past the halfway point, it was a legit finish when the rain made its way to the track.
