Historic Festival 42 NEXT WEEKEND!

Celebrating its 42nd year, the Lime Rock Historic Festival launches into action over Labor Day weekend with a 17-mile tour through the area with Thursday’s Vintage Race Car and Sports Car Parade. Friday, Saturday and Monday feature non-stop, on-track competition across a diverse set of historic racing classes.

On Sunday, the Lime Rock Concours and Gathering of the Marques display nearly 1,000 enthusiast cars and motorcycles arranged around the Lime Rock circuit.

Myers, a distinguished competitor in Historic Trans-Am and a cherished figure at Lime Rock Park, is generously bringing 16 rare Ford-powered cars from his Boyertown, Pennsylvania-based 3 Dog Garage Museum. These masterpieces will be on display throughout the weekend and during the special Sunday event, The Park. Throughout Historic Festival 42, attendees will have the unique opportunity to admire these exceptional vehicles up close, learn about their histories and appreciate the craftsmanship that has made Ford a beloved marque among car enthusiasts worldwide.

REALTIME BRINGS LEGENDARY WORLD CHALLENGE CARS TO HF42

RealTime Racing, winners of 15 World Challenge Drivers’ Championships, will bring four of its turn-of-the-century World Challenge race cars to Lime Rock Park for the 42nd running the Historic Festival, August 30 – September 2. The cars are part of the Toyo Tires Turn of the Century World Challenge Group created specifically for this year’s event.

RealTime owner Peter Cunningham will drive the team’s first-generation Acura TSX, which the team won three World Challenge Touring Car Championships; in 2005 and 2008 with Cunningham and in 2006 with Pierre Kleinubing. Click the link below to read more about RealTime Racing at HF42!
