AUSTIN, TX – (July 29, 2026) — For the first time in its 49-year history, the legendary Cornwell Tools Night Under Fire will be streamed live, bringing drag racing’s biggest single-day event to millions of fans across the United States and around the world exclusively on FloRacing.
Live from Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, Night Under Fire has become one of motorsports’ most iconic annual events, blending elite nitro-powered drag racing with spectacular entertainment that has drawn generations of fans. Until now, the experience has largely been limited to those who could attend in person.
Coverage includes the world’s top nitro stars competing for the coveted title of King of Nitro during an unforgettable evening featuring championship-caliber racing, jet-powered exhibition vehicles, pyrotechnics and one of the largest fireworks displays in all of motorsports.
The 2026 edition also introduces the inaugural Mountain Motor Pro Stock Shootout, featuring a 16-car field competing for $100,000 in prize money, alongside Top Sportsman and Top Alcohol competition.
Fans will see many of drag racing’s biggest names in action, including Funny Car stars Ron Capps, Spencer Hyde, Cruz Pedregon, and Jordan Vandergriff, as well as Top Fuel standouts Maddi Gordon, Clay Millican, Doug Kalitta and Antron Brown. Winners from each category will square off to determine the 2026 King of Nitro.
