Aric Almirola won the Xfinity race while Parker Kligerman of Westport, CT came in fifth with Boston’s Kaz Grala placing 20th while Kyle Weatherson was 22nd.  Blair Perkins finished 30th with Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT placing 37th,  Weatherson and Perkins both drive team cars for Cape Cod’s Chris and Mary Our who call Harwich, MA home.

Jesse Love and Taylor Gray entertained the crowd with a thrilling battle that saw the two drivers exchange the lead for most of the afternoon. Hanover, MA native Dale Quarterley is attempting a major career effort at the age of 62! That is extending his racing when he should be thinking of retiring. As an example, in late February, he was racing his Chevy race car in the Menards ARCA 200-mile event at Daytona International Speedway where he qualified 15th in a crowded field of 43 other challengers most of whom were racers that were half his age or more.
