Four hours and 12 minutes after the completion of the 2021 Snowball Derby, Chandler Smith’s No. 26s Toyota has officially been declared the winner, clearing post-race technical inspection.
Pending technical inspection, 2021 NASCAR Truck Series Rookie of The Year Chandler Smith is the winner of the 54th Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway, after making a late-race move around Derek Thorn, who dominated the event for the second year in a row. (more…)

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. ~ Jimmy Blewett raced from a seventh starting spot and contended every lap of the 150-lap distance before winning the Tour Type Modified main event during the 48th annual Turkey Derby at Wall Stadium Speedway Saturday. It was the Howell resident’s 13th Modified win in in the annual event that returned to the traditional Thanksgiving weekend dates after being postponed by COVID restrictions last fall. (more…)
Cassius Clark has raced just twice in 2021 and won both times, with one of those being the biggest win of his career in the Oxford 250 back in August. He now has a third race scheduled on the first weekend in December with a chance at history. (more…)
Action will be at a premium Saturday September 4th at Riverhead Raceway as track owners Eddie & Connie Partridge and Tom Gatz have lined up eight feature events for the night’s NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series program including the annual Cromarty Wall of Champions inductions. With children on Long Island slated to return to school the following week what better way to send them into a new academic year then with a bang provided by a School Bus Demolition Derby that concludes the action packed show. CONCORD, N.C. (May 7, 2021) – Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) and Speed51.com have formed a partnership ahead of SRX’s inaugural season with Speed51.com serving as the series’ short-track content marketing partner for the 2021 season.
SRX is a six-race short-track series airing this summer on Saturday nights in primetime on CBS. It features drivers from an array of motorsports backgrounds competing in identically prepared racecars on a variety of tracks. (more…)

Before racing season begins in the Northeast, Derek Griffith of Hudson, NH will head back south to chase after a rattlesnake.
Fresh off a second consecutive World Series of Asphalt Super Late Model championship, the New Hampshire driver will make his Rattler 250 debut next weekend, March 12-14. After a strong Florida Speedweeks, the team felt it was as good of a time as ever to make the trip to South Alabama Speedway and try their hand at the early-season crown jewel. (more…)
