Woodstock, NH — Once again the biggest date on the summer calendar, the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 for the invading American-Canadian Tour proved White Mountain Motorsports Park to be New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track on Saturday. Woodstock, NH — After the summer rains continued to pour on the Pemigewasset Valley and forced the postponement of Saturday night’s program to Sunday afternoon, the sun showed and the heat returned to White Mountain Motorsports Park. The Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Mini Special was once again characteristically spectacular as White Mountain’s four-cylinder class headlined and put on the best show of the afternoon for the crowds at hand.
While most other race tracks in the Northeast canceled their weekly programs on Saturday due to inclement weather, Wiscasset Speedway decided to roll the dice and move forward with their Group 2 racing program. It was a success as the track was able to get in all 4 weekly divisions before the skies opened up.
