Woodstock, NH — After the summer rains continued to pour on the Pemigewasset Valley and forced the postponement of Saturday night’s program to Sunday afternoon, the sun showed and the heat returned to White Mountain Motorsports Park. The Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Mini Special was once again characteristically spectacular as White Mountain’s four-cylinder class headlined and put on the best show of the afternoon for the crowds at hand.
While most other race tracks in the Northeast canceled their weekly programs on Saturday due to inclement weather, Wiscasset Speedway decided to roll the dice and move forward with their Group 2 racing program. It was a success as the track was able to get in all 4 weekly divisions before the skies opened up.
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Ryan Watt of Boyertown, Pa. charged forward from his tenth place starting spot, grabbed the lead on a lap eight restart, then survived a serious late race challenge from Brett Kressley of Orefield, Pa. to score his first win of the season in the 30-lap T.P. BECHTELSVILLE, PA (June 13, 2023) – The NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series kicked off the Amsoil National-Touring USAC Non-Wing Sprint Car Series Eastern Storm on Tuesday night at Grandview Speedway in a spectacular double-header with the 358 Modifieds presented by Pioneer Pole Buildings.
After an unfortunate washout last week, Wiscasset Speedway returned to action on Saturday with an action-packed Group 2 racing program which included the T&L Automotive Modifieds, Portland Glass Strictly Streets, Kennebec Equipment Rental Outlaw Minis, Wood Pellet Warehouse Late Models and the visiting New England Pro 4 Modifieds.
SEEKONK, Mass. — Matt Hirschman sports his “Big Money” nickname in part because of the success he’s experienced racing Modifieds at Massachusetts’ Seekonk Speedway. When one grows up an aspiring race car driver on Long Island the ultimate goal is to win a NASCAR Modified event at Riverhead Raceway. Saturday night Chris Rogers of Patchogue attained that goal when he won the 50-lap Advanced Auto Parts Night event becoming the fifth Modified winner in five races to date in 2023.
