Time was of the essence on Saturday as a thunderstorm was barreling toward Talladega Superspeedway in the middle of the NASCAR Xfinity Series race. The competition was fierce but as the skies opened up, it was Kaulig Racing’s Jeb Burton that was able to hold onto the lead just before the final caution came out before the race was red-flagged and ultimately called because of weather securing his first career NASCAR Xfinity Series win. Doug Coby Looks For Fifth Spring Sizzler Win At Stafford Motor Speedway
MILFORD, Conn. — Doug Coby is looking to add a fifth NAPA Spring Sizzler victory to his resume this Friday night at Stafford Motor Speedway. In race two of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season, Coby will return to his home track on April 30 to drive the Mayhew Tools No. 10, coming off a sixth-place finish in the Whelen Modified Tour opener at Martinsville Speedway. The NAPA Spring Sizzler was originally slated to take place on April 25, but weather forced NASCAR & Stafford officials to postpone the race to Friday, April 30. (more…)

NASCAR Xfinity Series News & Notes – Talladega Superspeedway
The NASCAR Xfinity Series was off last weekend as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and NASCAR Cup Series took on Richmond Raceway. Prior to that, the NASCAR Xfinity Series was in Martinsville, Virginia for the Cook Out 250. The race was postponed after weather took over during the originally scheduled start on Friday. The race was rescheduled for Sunday, April 11 and the series crowned another first-time winner in JR Motorsport’s driver Josh Berry. (more…)

Corey Heim to Make Camping World Truck Series Debut at Darlington
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (April 21, 2021) – Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) announced today that Corey Heim will make two starts behind the wheel of the organization’s No. 51 Tundra in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series this season. MARTINSVILLE, Va. — Justin Bonsignore opened the 2021 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season and his quest for a third series championship with a third-place finish at Martinsville Speedway on Thursday night, April 8. The driver of the No. 51 Coastal-Fiber, Kenneth Massa Motorsports machine was forced to start at the tail of the 35-car field after originally qualifying seventh, as the team found a potential leak and were forced to take a deeper look prior to the green.
