(May 12, 2023) – Last night’s announcement of seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson as one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers completed the list after a several-week rollout. The drivers, honored in celebration of NASCAR’s 75th anniversary, will be recognized during the annual Throwback Weekend at Darlington Raceway.

After more than 30 years at the helm of the National Auto Sport Association, a racing organization he co-founded in 1991, Executive Director Jerry Kunzman has announced he will retire from NASA National in 2023.
Kunzman will continue to serve as Regional Director of the Northern California NASA Region, but he will be naming current COO Jeremy Croiset as the new CEO of NASA.
