Driving the No. 8, John-Michael Shenette will chase the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Rookie of the Year honors in 2024. When the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour begins a 16-race schedule in February at New Smyrna Speedway in Florida, Shenette plans to be in attendance. With 2023 coming to an end, it’s time for the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities (SCCNH) to spread some holiday cheer for kids in need throughout New England. The 14th annual Grant Distribution Ceremony, set for Thursday, Dec. 7 at The Palace Theatre in Manchester, N.H., will provide $131,750 in grants to 40 area charities.
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Nov 21, 2023) — Beginning in 2024, NASCAR’s Canadian series will be known as the NASCAR Canada Series with Evirum and Pinty’s serving as Presenting Partners. The series, currently the NASCAR Pinty’s Series, is entering its 18th season as the top national motorsport in Canada.
NASCAR officials also unveiled the 2024 schedule for the NASCAR Canada Series, which features 13 races across six provinces.

HOLYOKE, Mass. – The New England Auto Racers (NEAR) President April May Preston-Elms is honored and pleased to announce the 2023 NEAR Hall of Fame (HoF) Class. The landmark 25th class for the region’s most highly regarded motorsports shrine was formally inducted into the NEAR Hall of Fame on Sunday, November 5, at the Log Cabin in Holyoke, Ma.
