Woodstock, NH — The fickle weather of 2025 has made for one wallop of a Saturday at White Mountain Motorsports Park during the much-anticipated weekend of grand national racing at nearby New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Headlined by a twin bill featuring the Pro All Stars Series Super Late Model 150 and the 100-lap championship event for the Wall’s Ford Platinum Late Model Series, Saturday will also feature the New England Supermodified Series, PASS Modifieds and a special visit from the Oxford Plains Speedway Mad Bombers!

PIT BOX: Whelen Modified Tour Roars Back Into New Hampshire’s Magic Mile

One of the most anticipated races of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season, the Mohegan Sun 100 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, is on the docket this Saturday morning at 9:15 a.m. ET live on FloRacing.

The race, which serves as the 13th of 16 events on the 2025 calendar, marks the 77th visit by NASCAR’s oldest division to the 1.058-mile oval located in Loudon, New Hampshire. Mike McLaughlin won the first NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event held at the track in 1990 and is one of only 24 drivers to win with the series at the track.

Longtime NHMS Supporter E.J. Prescott, Inc. Adds Name to NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoff Race

The Team EJP 175 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series playoff race takes the green flag at “The Magic Mile” on Saturday, Sept. 20 to determine the Round of 8.

LOUDON, N.H. – New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) today announced that its longest-standing partner, E.J. Prescott, Inc. (Team EJP), will serve as the title sponsor of the Team EJP 175 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) playoff race on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025 and multiple years to come.

“My father Peter has been involved with New Hampshire Motor Speedway since the first shovel went into the ground,” said third-generation E.J. Prescott, Inc., President and CEO Steven Prescott. “I am proud to say that since the first NASCAR event at NHMS in 1990, the Prescott family has never missed a NASCAR event at the speedway. We are so excited not only to be a part of the return of the Truck Series to NHMS, but also to have our company’s name on the Team EJP 175.”

Quick Turnaround after Thompson Midweek Show Cancels Sunoco 604 Modifieds for NHMS

Barre, VT & Naples, ME — With weather having rearranged several plans for both the Thompson Speedway Icebreaker season opener and the Northeast Classic showcase at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, an unfortunate casualty has occurred. With the second portion of the 51st Icebreaker set to go green Wednesday night, April 16, both American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials have chosen to remove the Sunoco 604 Modifieds from the Northeast Classic, now scheduled for Friday Practice Day on Friday, April 18 and race day on Saturday, April 19.

NHMS EVP/GM David McGrath Excited for 2025 NASCAR Playoffs Weekend at “The Magic Mile”

New Hampshire Motor Speedway will host the NASCAR Cup and CRAFTSMAN Truck Series during the Sept. 19-21, 2025 NASCAR Playoffs weekend, which will also feature the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.

LOUDON, N.H. – New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) Executive Vice President and General Manager David McGrath spoke to media Thursday following NASCAR’s 2025 schedule announcement, which includes a Sept. 19-21 visit to NHMS by the NASCAR Cup Series (NCS), NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) and NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT).

The 2025 NCS race at NHMS will kick off the Round of 12 on Sunday, Sept. 21 while the NCTS race will join the Mohegan Sun 100 NWMT race on Doubleheader Saturday, Sept. 20 and serve as a Round of 10 cutoff race to solidify the Round of 8.
