Gluchacki Redoubles ACT Championship Chase with Late-Race Move to Secure Big Oxford Victory on 250 Weekend
Oxford, ME — With beautiful weather over Eastern Maine, forty-three teams entered Oxford Plains Speedway on Saturday with the American-Canadian Tour faithful running door-to-door in the Oxford 125 as part of the 51st annual Oxford 250 weekend. ACT officials confirmed all forty-three teams would start Saturday’s feature event and Derry, New Hampshire’s Erick Sands took the pole position by virtue of a +5 handicap earned in heat race Plus/Minus qualifying events. Redemption Podium in Rain-Shorted ACT Pine Tree State Excursion at Oxford
Oxford, ME — The persistent spring rains once again aggravated officials, teams and fans of the American-Canadian Tour during the start to the 2024 season on their return to Oxford Plains Speedway. While early morning rains dried off, grey clouds returned just after the halfway point of the American-Canadian Tour special and added area-wide lightning threats pushed both ACT and Oxford Plains officials to end the program early with the ACT Pine Tree State event official after completing 65 of the originally scheduled 125 laps. Naples ME – April 25th – Officials at the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) and Oxford Plains Speedway (OPS) have now received more than 40 entries for the 1st Annual All That’s Metal 300 at office headquarters. Number nine on the entry list goes to the ever popular Senoia, Georgia driver Andrew “Bubba” Pollard who is no stranger to Oxford Plains Speedway and will now visit the speedway twice in 2024. ACT Announces New Tri-State Flying Tiger Series
Barre, VT — After several years of continued growth for the famed Flying Tiger division at Thunder Road Int’l Speedbowl and White Mountain Motorsports Park, American-Canadian Tour Officials have announced a new Tri-State Series for the top support division. The Tri-State Flying Tiger Series will visit Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine in its inaugural 2024 season, the first time the Tigers have hit the touring circuit in over a decade. (more…)

Richard Savary Scores Modified Racing Series Win at Oxford Plains
Richard Savary just wanted to prove the “old man” still had it. On Saturday night, he did that at Oxford Plains Speedway with the Modified Racing Series.

The Night the Lights Went Out in Oxford as Gluchacki Goes Lights-Out on the Field
Oxford, ME — The annual American-Canadian Tour 125 at Oxford Plains Speedway headlining the Saturday night before the Oxford 250 program did not disappoint. 38 American-Canadian Tour cars from all six New England states and the Canadian province of Quebec made the trek to the Vacationland home of ACT to take part in one of New England’s crown jewel events. Fireworks on the track split into darkness with a first-time blackout delaying the event in the early goings.
