Williamson, N.Y. – (August 26, 2024) – The F/A Products Maynard Troyer Classic IV set to take place on Friday, August 30 at Spencer Speedway in Williamson, N.Y., and it’s going to be a night to remember, “where every lap counts” and extremely lucrative for asphalt Modified racing in the Western Region of New York and Pennsylvania. Nick Hinkley Scores Pivotal Win at Wiscasset Speedway

The last weekend in August is widely known as the biggest race weekend of the summer in Maine. Even with the hustle and bustle going on at other local short tracks in the area, Wiscasset Speedway still drew in a hearty crowd for their Group 1 and Enduro program on Saturday.

Back to School Day is in the ‘Books’ at Hudson Speedway!

Hudson, NH- As the Original Family Fun track returned to day hours it means one thing, Summer is coming to an end. To celebrate the track held back to school day giving out back packs to kids preparing to start school this coming week.

Granite State Indoor Range Six Shooters took to the track to do battle. The race would be slowed by one caution flag. Steve Miller Jr. in car #79 led every lap to capture the win. The real excitement was the three-car battle for second that came down to the last lap to shake out. Michael Yeaton in car #25NH used a three wide pass to capture 2nd. Steve Miller Sr. in the #68 settled for 3rd with Trystin Bodwell (17x) in 4th and Mike Comtois (52NH) in 5^th.

Extra Prize Money Added to Pro Late Model Event October 5 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway

(Nashville, TN) Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is down to the final two events of the 2024 racing season, as the track will next open back up for the Saturday, October 5 Breast Cancer Awareness race followed by the All American 400 weekend, the first weekend in November.

In hopes of making the October 5 race a bigger success and as a thank you to all of this year’s teams, race officials have added extra prize money to the October 5 Pro Late Model race. The 100-lap race will now pay $5,000 to win and $500 to start, giving teams a significant increase in prize money at the event which will be the final tune-up before the All American 400 weekend. Cliff Saunders and Paul Varricchio, Jr. were the winners of the Late Model feature events with Saunders picking up his first win of the season and Varricchio using a last lap pass to record his second win of the season. Troy Talman was victorious for the third time this season in the SK Modified® feature, Tyler Chapman notched his sixth win of the season in the SK Light feature, Jeremy Lavoie took down his first win of the season in the Limited Late Model feature, and Travis Downey scored win #2 of the season in the Street Stock feature.
