Ernie Saxton Retires From NASCAR Sanctioned Grandview Speedway After 55 Years
BECHTELSVILLE, PA OCTOBER 14, 2021 . . . Eight years ago, I retired as the NASCAR sanctioned Grandview Speedway announcer after 45 years in the booth. The plan had been to retire from everything. At that time, Bruce and Theresa Rogers asked me to stick around as their PR person until they could find someone else to step into that position. Now, After 55 years of public relations, marketing and announcing work at NASCAR sanctioned Grandview Speedway, at age 79, it seems it is time to retire. (more…)

SEEKONK, Mass. — On Saturday, October 23, Seekonk Speedway roars back to life for the final time in 2021 with the return of the Haunted Hundred. The Saturday afternoon special, which begins at 1 p.m., will showcase the top stars from the Modifieds, Pro Stocks and Late Models from across New England with the Tri Track Open Modified Series, Pro All Star Series and American-Canadian Tour.

Upper Iowa Speedway drivers turn in a “flawless” performance at the USRA Stock Car Nationals
The USRA Stock Car Nationals at the Lucas Oil Speedway in Missouri brought in 320 drivers from all over the central United States this past weekend. When the racing had ended, many of the winners were racers familiar to the fans at the Upper Iowa Speedway. (more…)
