BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – The mid-summer schedule continues at Grandview Speedway, with a three division card of racing action this Saturday night.

Grandview Speedway will be presenting a NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series program featuring the T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modifieds, the T.P. Truck Equipment NASCAR Sportsman, along with the Outlaw Racing Series Vintage Cars participating in the Dave Smith Memorial starting at 7:30 pm.

Zack Curren Scores Emotional Race Of Champions Sportsman Modified Series Win At Chemung Speedrome In Tribute To Ed Mcguire 51

Chemung, N.Y. – (July 19, 2025) – Zack Curren of Horseheads, N.Y., delivered a powerful and emotional performance on Saturday night at Chemung Speedrome, capturing the win in the Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series “Tribute to Ed McGuire 51.” Curren competed in a tribute car honoring his friend, Connor Sellars, who passed away unexpectedly earlier this year.

The annual event honors Ed McGuire, a longtime competitor and car owner in the Southern Tier racing community. It has become a cherished tradition at Chemung Speedrome.

There are just five scheduled Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday events left before the fields are set for the Sunoco Drive For The Cup championship battles in September – and this weekend – both Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday return to the track looking for more fireworks.

Truck Equipment Sportsman Track Champion at the Speedway, outdueled Ray Swinehart of Perkiomenville, Pa., taking the lead with just nine laps to go, to score his first career T.P. Trailer Modified division victory on Saturday night, in a racing program sponsored by Macmillan Oil Company of Allentown.
