The next Darien, Connecticut Cars and Coffee is going to be held on Sunday, July 9th from 7:00 – 10:00 am and we hope you’ll be there.
In June, more than 160 amazing cars showed up, and we maxed out our display spaces. We also filled up the spectator lot on Mechanics Street. And we even had the real trophy awarded to the 2nd-place finisher of the 1979 Cannonball Baker Sea-to-Shining Sea Memorial Trophy Dash race on display. (You can see pictures of the trophy in the
gallery, and you can read all about the 1979 race
here in an article by the race’s founder, writer Brock Yates.)
It was a special day and we’re doing it again on Sunday, July 9th. For this event, everyone who shows up – Exhibitors and Spectators – will get one of these cool commemorative ID badges and a lanyard: |
