According to a recent report from Sports Business Journal, Cincinnati is among several cities being considered for a potential street race in the future.
While San Diego has emerged as a favorite, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and other Pacific Northwest cities are being considered by the racing company, as well.

Currently, NASCAR has just one street race on the schedule, which takes place in Chicago.
According to the Sports Business Journal, NASCAR’s deal with Chicago to host the race has one more year remaining and the race could be hosted elsewhere if NASCAR chooses to move on.
NASCAR has not yet released its 2025 schedule, though the reveal could come within the next several weeks.
The report is the second time this month that Cincinnati and NASCAR have been connected.
Earlier this month, Major League Baseball announced that the Reds and Atlanta Braves will play a regular season game at Bristol Motor Speedway, one of NASCAR’s most iconic racetracks.
The game is scheduled to take place on Aug. 2, 2025. It will be the first regular-season game in National League/American League history played in Tennessee.
