(Calabogie, ON), July 22 2025 – The NASCAR Canada Series is about to head this weekend to Calabogie Motorsports Park for the very first time for the NASCAR 150 Clash of the Titans presented by NAPA and Mack Mackenzie Motors. Located just outside of Ottawa, Ontario, Calabogie is one of Canada’s premier road courses, known for its long technical layout and high-speed corners.
The NASCAR Canada Series race marks a critical point in the season as the battle at the top of the standings continues to tighten. Leading the championship with 166 points, Marc-Antoine Camirand, driver of the No. 96 GM Paillé Chevrolet Canada, holds a narrow one-point advantage over Kevin Lacroix in the No. 74 Valvoline / NAPA Racing Chevrolet. D.J. Kennington remains close behind in third, just three points back, aboard the No. 17 Castrol Edge / Brimstone Games / CIM Metals Dodge. Every lap could have major implications for the title fight as 24 drivers are set to compete for the Calabogie 150 Clash of the Titans.
Gary Klutt, driving the No. 59 Autologic / Hofman Plastics Dodge, returns after a strong runner-up finish at the Clarington 200 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. Another standout from the Clarington 200 is Malcolm Strachan behind the No. 98 Curb Records / Strodes / Darkhorse Trailers Ford, who will look to build on his momentum after securing his first career podium with a third-place finish last May.
Joining the NASCAR Canada Series grid for the first time this season are Connor Bell driving the No. 3 Chevrolet Dymon Foundation / Eastrock Equipment / Nepean Building Supplies, Geoff Johnson in the No. 14 Johnson Forest Products Inc / Powersports Garage Dodge, Jeff Cavanagh in the No. 24 Thomas Cavanagh Construction Chevrolet, Ronald Tomlinson in the No. 48 Tomlinson Chevrolet and Benoit Couture in the No. 75 Ben et Florentine / Excellence Chrysler Dodge.
On-track activities at Calabogie Motorsports Park will kick off on Saturday, July 26, with the first practice session scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET, followed by final practice at 3:00 p.m. ET and qualifying at 6:00 p.m. ET. The green flag for the NASCAR 150 Clash of the Titans will wave on Sunday, July 27 at 2:10 p.m. ET. Fans can catch the action with tape-delayed coverage available on REV TV, TVA Sports and TSN.
