Bass Tire Family Night Delivers Thrills At Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway

Nashville Fairground SpeedwayEight Divisions Crown Winners in Action-Packed Evening Featuring 100+ Cars

Nashville, TN – Fans packed the stands at America’s Favorite Short Track on Saturday night as Bass Tire Family Night brought eight local divisions to the high banks of Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway for an unforgettable evening of racing action and family fun.

The Bandoleros kicked off the night with a competitive field, but when the checkered flag waved, it was Landon Thrasher taking home the victory. In the Pest Doctor Front Runners, Randal Waterson put on a dominating drive, leading wire-to-wire for the win.

The Pro Masters Legends featured a massive 28-car field that kept fans on edge with lap traffic and close-quarters racing. Jenson Jorgenson navigated the chaos to capture the win but it was taken away in post-race tech. The victory ended in the hands of Michael Crafton. In Pure Stocks, Philip McCord delivered a flawless performance to score a commanding victory.

The Legends Semi Pros produced one of the wildest finishes of the night. After Dylan Faulkner led most of the race, Bradley Swift made a daring three-wide move to steal the win in dramatic fashion.

The Limited Late Models saw tempers flare and plenty of drama. An early incident between Bennie Hamlett and Carl Porter sent both into the inside wall, ending their nights. Jonathan Dishman took the lead on the restart, only to be caught in a later crash with Dalton Hamlett. With determination, Dishman worked his way back through the field to claim a hard-fought victory.

In the night’s headline Pro Late Model feature, rookie Aiden Potter led the majority of the race, but veteran Jackson Boone closed in late, setting up a battle for the lead. Contact between the two with just laps to go brought out the caution and set up a pair of green–white–checkered finishes. In the final restart, Anthony Bello battled Hunter Wright and took the checkered flag, earning his first career Pro Late Model win at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.

The Super Trucks also took the track, with Troy Hall parking it in victory lane after a strong run.
