The NASCAR Xfinity Series was won by Ty Gibbs with Jeb Burton placing 11th, Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT was 12th, Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT came in 16th, Brett Moffit was 25th and Derek Griffith of Hudson, NH finished 26th Burton, Alfredo and Moffit all are members of Cape Cod’s Chris and Mary Our’s Xfinity team. Ryan Bartlett’s Tire Fails Post-Race Tech, Anthony Sesely Declared Syracuse TQ Midget Winner
TRENTON, NJ MARCH 28, 2022 . . . Ryan Bartlett could not have been happier when he won his first Indoor Auto Racing Series TQ Midget victory inside the New York State Fairgrounds Exposition Center on Saturday, March 12. On Friday, March 25, the veteran dirt Modified driver from Watertown, N.Y. couldn’t have been more disappointed after Indoor Auto Racing Series officials notified him by phone that he was disqualified for a tire that failed a post-race test. New England Racing Season Is Picking Up Steam….
Ryan Kuhn of East Bridgewater and his race team spent the winter at hard work in his shop for the first Super Late Model race at Hickory Motor Speedway in NC and other events in 2022. “We started our season off running with the Pro All Stars Series for both Easter Bunny 150’s last weekend,” said Ryan.. He finished 14th at the second race among some 34 entries but got sidelined in a wreck during the the first event. (more…)

William Byron Wins At New Look Atlanta
Not all drivers were fans of plans to revamp Atlanta Motor Speedway. The old track was wide and fast and worn out. Drivers liked the racing surface. But it didn’t make for much in the way of entertaining racing so AMS tore it up and replaced with a higher banked, narrower track that provided plenty of side by side action and lots of cars wrecking. If that’s your jam, then you loved the race on Sunday.
