Barre, VT — Officials announced today the newest addition to the Thunder Road family of sponsors in Vermont’s Career Technical Centers and the Agency of Education as they have signed on to support the annual Friday Night Special on June 9th. Headlined by the return of the New England Supermodified Series (NESS) and Round #1 for the Myer’s Container Service Flying Tiger Triple Crown Series, Vermont’s Career Technical Centers and the Agency of Education Night at Thunder Road is set to kick off the weekly summer racing season with a classic Quarry Hill bang!

Special Edition Type 62-2 Tests at Radford Racing School on Its Way to Race to the Clouds

(May 11, 2023) – Radford Motors’ debut of its one-of-a-kind Pikes Peak Edition Type 62-2, on June 25 at The Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb brought to you by Gran Turismo, is the latest ground-breaking result of the company’s two-year collaboration with Radford Racing School, its official testing track. 2021 Pikes Peak Hill Climb division champion Tanner Foust will compete in the Exhibition division driving the Type 62-2. Porsche Penske Motorsport Sends Three 963 With A Special Livery To Le Mans

The three Porsche 963 fielded by Porsche Penske Motorsport at this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans will be decked out in a distinctive design. However, the fundamental look of the 963 will stay the same. The colorful designs were unveiled today (Friday, April 28) as part of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) race weekend in Belgium. On the occasion of the 75^th anniversary of the Porsche brand, the No. 75 vehicle will tackle the Hypercar class at the 100^th anniversary of the 24-hour race as an additional entry from the Stuttgart sports car manufacturer. The 350 Supermodifieds have long been discussed to join the White Mountain schedule and they have finally been secured.
