Valentino Rossi does not rule out competing in the WEC in 2022

No one is surprised that after announcing his retirement from MotoGP at 42, the Italian Valentino Rossi continue competing in motorsports. The choice of these championships is due to the fact that both have very important races on their calendar. The WEC highlights the 24 Hours of Le Mans; while in the GTWCE, the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps.

“Every year I have tried to do a race or two at the IMSA in the United States, which is very interesting, especially the 24 Hours of Daytona. I hope to do it one day ”, he said at the time.

Regarding his 2022 project, Rossi confirmed that he will be manning a GT“Now we have to figure out which one to run with”, explained. He also confirmed that he is in talks with Ferrari“Obviously that would be nice, it would be a dream and something great”, he confessed.
