In the Camping World Truck race at RIR saw Chandler Smith take the win while Boston’s Kaz Grala came in 22nd.
In Sunday’s NASCAR Cup race Kevin Harvick took the checkered flag for the second time in two weeks. Middletown, CT’s Joey Logano looked like he was going to have a successful day. However, things changed quickly on the track and he lost the lead. But he did salvage the day by finishing in sixth. Corey LaJoie ended his day in 28th. Corey is the son of two-time Xfinity Champion Randy LaJoie who hails from Norwalk, CT.
