A former NASCAR driver and his son were among those pardoned by President Donald Trump earlier this year for their involvement in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Tighe Scott, 75, who is a native of Pen Argyl, and his son Jarrett Scott, 48, were taken into custody along with two other Pennsylvania men last June, ABC News reported. The site said they faced two felonies each “as well as multiple misdemeanor offenses” after prosecutors say they were involved in assaults at the Capitol.
