Doug Coby and Derek Griffith Have Lofty Goals at New Smyrna Speedway
Practice day at the World Series of Asphalt was a busy one with one of the largest entry lists the event has seen in several years. It also saw breaking news from two short track racing titans in different disciplines.
Six-time NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion Doug Coby is returning to the World Series for the first time since 2019 and his third trip overall. During the day, he announced he will be competing the entire week – with Austin Pickens driving the No. 10 on Monday and Tuesday while Coby will jump into the machine the rest of the week.
Perry Patino Joins BJMM X Braden for 7-Race LateModel Schedule
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Feb 4, 2021) — Montgomery, Alabama native Perry Patino will compete in 7 races for the newly founded BJ McLeod Motorsports with Travis Braden short track racing program in 2021. SRX Racing Series To Hold Major Event At Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway
Nashville, TN (Monday, January 4, 2021) – Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway announces its third blockbuster event of the 2021 season – The Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) championship race will be held at the prestigious Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (NFS) on Saturday, July 17th. PENSACOLA, Florida (December 5, 2020) — The Snowflake 100 was an epic event. Well, the Snowflake 99 was epic. The final lap is where the lore of the event will take its hold in the history books, as we saw a dump and run for the win, followed by that win being called off while the driver was still in victory lane, resulting in an upset victor and even more upset folks.
