LAKEVILLE, CT (5 September 2022)- The uncertain forecast didn’t dampen the final day of the Historic Festival 40 presented by Corvette, as drivers braved the variable track conditions to put on a show for the faithful Lime Rock Park fans who endured the rain on Monday.
LAKEVILLE, CT (3 September 2022)- Some 65 years after the first race at Lime Rock Park, the famous “No Name Straight” was finally bestowed with a very memorable name this weekend. During a special ceremony held at the Historic Festival 40 presented by Corvette, the not quite straight but very fast backstretch of the Connecticut circuit was dedicated as the “Paul Newman Straight.”
LOUDON, N.H. – NASCAR weekend at “The Magic Mile” proved to be successful for local nonprofits with the dedication of both the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities (SCCNH), the official charity of New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS), and the many volunteer groups who helped fundraise nearly $130,000 during the July 15-17 NASCAR event weekend. JENNERSTOWN, Pa. – For the second straight year, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour teams will carry the names of fallen heroes on the roof of their rides this weekend at Jennerstown Speedway. As part of the Jennerstown Salutes event, in collaboration with Operation Vet NOW Inc. (OVN), NASCAR and JDV Productions, all teams in the Modified field will be racing to honor a veteran.
