Will they pass through tech (an appeal, in this case) and keep the win?
U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth D. Bell issued judgement Wednesday in the race teams’ desire to each keep their two Cup Series charters as well as claim a third, since each purchased an additional charter from the closed shop at Stewart-Haas Racing.
It’s not clear yet whether NASCAR will appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals, but it has the right to do that.
