Thomas Annunziata To Race Spire Motorsports’ No. 07 Chevrolet Silverado At Lime Rock Park

(June 23, 2025) – Today, Spire Motorsports announced road-racing standout Thomas Annunziata will pilot the team’s No. 07 Chevrolet Silverado for the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series inaugural visit to Connecticut’s Lime Rock Park where TOP LINER will be showcased as the team’s primary sponsor.
Annunziata brings over nine years of competitive experience, spanning multiple division’s including karting, sports cars, Trans Am and NASCAR’s developmental divisions. The newly minted 20-year-old looks to build on his well-established road-racing acumen and to carry that experience into his CRAFTSMAN Truck Series debut at the mile-and-a-half, seven-turn Lime Rock Park layout.

The next Mt. Washington New Hampshire Hillclimb for race cars, known as the Climb to the Clouds, is scheduled for August 8-10, 2025, according to Facebook posts. The event will take place over three days, with practice runs on Friday and Saturday morning, according to the Mt. Washington Auto Road. The main race will likely be held on Saturday, with a possible rain date on Sunday.

In just his eighth career TA2 start, 14-year-old McKee became the second-youngest winner in series history at 14 years, 10 months and 19 days. Only Brent Crews, who won the June 2022 race at Road America at the age of 14 years, three months and four days, was younger.
McKee qualified second and went on to lead all 42 laps of the 75-minute race, beating three-time TA2 champion Rafa Matos across the finish line by a margin of 2.088 seconds. It was McKee’s fourth consecutive podium result and extended his lead atop the TA2 driver championship at the halfway point of the season.
